$3,000 from the Washington Foundation

The Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation recently granted the Missoula Skatpark Association $3,000 towards our project. This funding will be applied specifically to the construction costs associated with meeting ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) criteria.
The project is moving along on schedule and work is about to begin on Phase 2 - The Street Course. These 'street' elements will be built on the east side of the current 'bowl' section that is nearing completion. The entire park will be opening in late July or early August 2006. Stay tuned!
