Thanks to Steve Slocomb from Looking Glass Films.

We are speechless. Never, ever, in our wildest dreams did we imagine that Missoulians would support skateboarding like this. You came out in full force ... with your kids, your parents and your friends for what will be an event that no one will ever forget ... including Tony Hawk. He told us personally that he’s never performed in front of such an enthusiastic and LARGE crowd at a demo. We raised the bar. Do you realize what this says about Missoula?! What an amazing place to live ... what great people. The emails have been pouring in. A huge THANK YOU to each and every person who came down to McCormick Park on Sunday, September 24th for the Grand Opening of Missoula’s MOBASH Skatepark. The press says that there was about 8000 people in attendance ... we think it was more like 12,000-15,000. The repercussions from all this will be felt for years to come in our skatepark attendance, magazine articles, demos, future skateparks ... and active kids of all ages. This is just the beginning.
